Uniform Policy

REGULAR SCHOOL UNIFORM DAYS - Most of our school days require students to be in uniform, as set forth in the Uniform Policy. Sweatshirts/fleece worn in the classroom must be STM attire either purchased from a spirit wear sale or our NEW uniform vendor. You may also purchase any plain red, white or navy polo shirts and navy pants from any retailers, such as Target, Old Navy, etc. They must not have any patterns or logos on them.
SPIRIT DAYS - Generally, Spirit Wear is defined as a St. Thomas More Spirit Wear shirt with “spirit wear” bottoms (khakis, jeans, shorts, STM athletic shorts). Spirit Wear shirts are purchased at the beginning and middle of the year through the Home and School.
DRESS DOWN DAYS - Occasionally, students will enjoy the privilege of “dressing down.” Dress Down days allow students to wear regular street clothing, with certain restrictions, as outlined in the Uniform Policy. Students not in compliance with the Uniform Policy on any of these days will be required to call parents to bring appropriate clothing.
OPTIONAL DRESS FOR DRESS DOWN DAYS:
Khakis, jeans, shorts, STM athletic wear – Neat, clean – No holes, tears, or low slung waistlines – shorts must be fingertip length.
Shirts, Sweatshirts – Neat, clean – No objectionable sayings or pictures (i.e. profanity, drug or alcohol references, etc.)
