Order

​We are in our 3rd year of using the "My Hot Lunchbox" program and what a success it has been!  Below is the list of amazing vendors that have been setup to deliver food for our students. 

​The process is easy. Simply setup the family account using the button above.  Select child's grade and homeroom teacher.  Orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance or orders can be done for the entire semester. Once the desired food has been added to the cart, please be sure to go to the cart and finish the payment process (a credit card will need to be added to the account).  A confirmation email will be emailed.  

Each day, the vendor brings the orders to STM divided by homeroom. Each has a label with the student name, order and homeroom.  The entire process is simple and efficient!

Canceling an order: Orders can be cancelled or changed 24 hours in advance.  If an order is not cancelled within that timeframe, changes and refunds cannot be made.  The school will handle cancelling orders for any school days that are cancelled (ex. snow days, virtual days) and lunches will be credited back to families.

St. Thomas More SCHOOL CLOSURE Information

If it becomes necessary to close school because of inclement weather conditions, we will use several methods to notify the school community of the closing:

• Blackboard Call, Text or Email
• School Twitter, Facebook, Instagram Accounts 
• Sycamore News

No Early Dismissal!  We will never dismiss school early when the weather becomes a problem. Taking children from class when parents believe weather or streets are hazardous is at the discretion of the parent. Children will be dismissed to parents or designated adults at the request of parents in any such emergency. Parents should be cognizant of class schedules and attempt not to disrupt classes unnecessarily.
