Dear STM Families,
A very special ceremony and celebration will take place this weekend for one of our teachers. Sr. Colette Marie, our 7th & 8th Grade Religion teacher, will make her Profession of Final Vows with the Sisters of St. Francis of the Holy Eucharist on Saturday, Sept. 4.
During this ceremony, Sr. Colette will publicly make lifelong vows of Poverty, Chastity, and Obedience at Mass. She will become a Spouse of Christ forever. Sr. Colette will receive a gold ring with the images of wheat, grapes, a chalice, and host representing her marital commitment to Jesus Christ, truly present in the Holy Eucharist, and a reminder to her of His special care for her as His Bride.
We thank God for bringing Sr. Colette to our STM students, staff, and community. In thanksgiving and joy, please join our STM family in prayer for all His generous blessings—and especially for Sr. Colette.
Peace and Blessings,
Linda Crosthwait, STM Principal

A PRAYER FOR RELIGIOUS BROTHERS & SISTERS:
in your wisdom you have called certain women and men
to a life of special consecration
so that in prayerful observance of a lifestyle of poverty, chastity and obedience,
they might be witnesses to us that as St. Paul says,
"our true citizenship is in heaven."
Give them, Lord,
the grace of joy and perseverance in their holy vocation.
We ask this through Christ, our Lord.
St. Thomas More, Pray for Us.
Have a wonderful long weekend with your family!
